Vintage 9k Yellow Gold Rolex Watch Circa 1930s

A beautiful vintage wristwatch from the 1940s by the renowned watch designer Rolex. Featuring an octagonal-shaped case crafted in 9k yellow gold with a matte-gold dial with white circle hour markers and black numbers and hands, displaying the Rolex logo on a fancy link rolled-gold band. Fitted with a Swiss-made manual winding mechanical movement in good working order but not calibrated. The movement is stamped with the following: Rolex and Swiss Made. The inside casing is stamped with the following: Rolex 7 World’s Records Gold Medal, 9c hallmark, Swiss cross, Geneva Suisee, 36059, Swiss Poincons de Maitre mark of a hammer with case maker 316 stamp for C.R Spillman & Co and watchmakers service marks are visible. Please note, this gold band can be replaced with a leather band upon request.
