A beautiful early Australian Colonial brooch from Mid-Victorian era crafted in yellow gold. This statement piece features fine chasing with hand-engraving of a large vine leaf and knotted tendrils set with natural pearls. Secured with a pin and hook catch. Possibly made by Lamborn and Wagner of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Please note, this piece has a rich history and has been worn with love, and with age, there are minor dents and a pin repair to the rear of the brooch. These small imperfections do not affect the beauty of this gorgeous piece of wearable art.
